This is the third year we’ve been able to have an M4 in the Omaha area. We’re so excited to see you at our 4K in the beautiful Chalco Hills. We will be running the 4k loop at the south end of the sparkling Wehrspann Lake, finishing the last half mile of your run with a fast dash across the water (the bridge makes it easier). To reach our starting line, drive to the very end of Chalco Hills Recreation Road #5. Park in the circle parking area, and wander down the hill to our shady spot where we’ll be getting off to a great start, and finishing well (and eating well, and playing well). Besides showing our support for the Myanmar group by running in the hot Nebraska sun, we will also enjoy a time of food and fellowship (read: volleyball) afterwards. For those who are not planning on running (or jogging/walking), but would like to cheer on runners and join us for some (literally) warm fellowship, we’d be happy to have you join us! We are hoping to have a lunch option available for you at a reasonable price. (Please let us know via email by 7/7/18 if you are planning on coming.)
